Moffat G32D5/2 Description

This Moffat G32D5/2 Turbofan® 30D double convection oven includes two individual ovens, a base, and a stacking kit. For strength, the stacking kit is constructed of stainless steel, while the base is welded. Ovens have a rust- and dent-resistant stainless, aluminized steel exterior, and the doors are made of stainless steel with double-pane glass windows to provide interior visibility. Employees can see inside clearly because the interiors are illuminated by halogen lamps. Each section holds five chrome-plated racks in five positions, which are spaced 3.34 inches apart. To bake tall dishes, the racks can be removed.

Using two sets of controls, operators can set the interiors to bake from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat in the Moffat G32D5/2 gas convection oven is blown around by two-speed, auto-reversing fans, while the porcelain-enameled interiors hold heat from one use to the next. If the temperature gets too hot, the system shuts down, and to prevent gas leaks, a safety system monitors the flame. Whether counting down from a specified time or counting how long a dish has been cooking, a timer can be set to track the bake time. LED displays show the time and temperature, enabling users to conveniently monitor them. Additionally, a five-intensity moisture injection button ensures dishes do not get dry and tough.
