True Refrigeration TPP-AT-93D-2-HC Description

Equipped with an extra-wide, 1912-inch cutting board, the True TPP-AT-93D-2-HC pizza prep table is ideal for large pizzas. As pizzas slide across the cutting board, employees can grab toppings from the 12 food pans and spread them on before baking. Food in the pans is refrigerated, and when not in use, employees can cover them with insulated lids to block out contaminants.

The refrigerated base has two cabinet sections and two drawer sections for storing supplies and backup ingredients. Each drawer holds two full-size pans that must be purchased separately, and in the cabinet sections, items can sit on the floor and on two heavy-duty shelves. Employees can raise or lower the shelves to accommodate various items, while the shelves and drawer components can be removed during cleaning. So employees can wipe it clean, the cabinet floor is constructed of stainless steel and has rounded corners.

This True TPP-AT-93D-2-HC pizza prep unit has a self-contained refrigeration unit, and through the removable front panel, employees can access the condenser for cleaning or maintenance. Adjustable by the operator, this unit has a temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. To create cold air, R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant runs through the capillary tubes, and to evenly cool the interior, fans blow cold air around the unit.
