True Refrigeration TRCB-52-60 Description

The True TRCB-52-60 chef base offers a heavy-duty top and a refrigerated base to provide equipment and ingredient storage in the same footprint. Supporting 717 pounds, its stainless steel top is made of a single piece, and its marine top edges slant upwards, keeping spills and messes from falling onto the floor. The base has two drawers that each accommodate three full-size food pans, which must be purchased separately, and its top is sturdy enough to support equipment.

Cool temperatures range from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit and are maintained by a self-contained capillary tube system. After the drawers have been shut, large fans quickly chill food. To withstand daily use, this True TRCB-52-60 chef base's exterior is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum, while its interior is white aluminum, providing scrape and dent resistance. Handles are permanently attached with a metal sheet interlock, and the drawers move on heavy-duty rollers and slides. For cleaning, the floor is stainless steel with coved corners that reduce food buildup. Castors enable users to move the base as needed.
