The base has four drawers that can accommodate a total of 12 full-size food pans, which must be purchased separately.
Forced-air refrigeration maintains consistent temperatures throughout the unit, while the self-contained capillary tube system ensures a set temperature from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. For durability, this True TRCB-96 chef base features a stainless steel exterior construction with an aluminum back, and for mobility, it has 4-inch castors with locks on the front set. Inside, drawers have a rust-resistant stainless steel interior, while the cabinet has a clear-coated aluminum interior.
